Reservations will be confirmed instantly through www.airbnb.com.

Upon reservation confirmation, payment in full is required.

$1500 Security Deposit required at time of reservation confirmation. After check-out inspection is completed, a full refund of your Security Deposit will be made within 14 days of check-out.

Reserving guests must be at least 25 years old.

No Pets.

No Smoking.

No Events or Parties.

Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
